Scott, Victoria G.

Dr Victoria Groves Scott has more thatn 20 years in the educational field. In 1998, Dr. Scott was awareded the Kansas Council for Exceptional children's Oustanding Special Educator of the Year Award and was also named to Who's Who Among American Teachers. She is currently a professor at the University of Illinois-Edwardsville.
