Dr. Chaunda L. Scott is an Associate Professor and Graduate Coordinator in the Department of Human Resource Development (HRD) at Oakland University located in Rochester Michigan. She comes to Oakland by way of The University of Detroit Mercy, The White House, The Harvard Graduate School of Education and Teachers College/Columbia University.
