Schwarz, John E.

John E. Schwarz is a professor emeritus of political science at the University of Arizona. In addition to his five previous books, he has written for The Atlantic, the New Republic, The Nation, the Wall Street Journal, and the New York Times, among other periodicals. He lives in Tucson.
