Schwarz, Emanuel F.

Schwarz studied in Sweden at Stockholm School of Economics, and was hired by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization in Vienna, Austria as a consultant for Governmental enterprises in South America. Since 1979 the Author settled down in San Jose and was called to teach Managerial Accounting at San Francisco State University. At present Schwarz is a Professor Emeritus, retired from the university.
