Mark S. Schwartz is Co-Director of the Joint M.B.A./LL.B. Program, Coordinator of Business Law,and lecturer of business law and business ethics at the Schulich School of business, York University, Toronto. He is a lawyer in the Province of Ontario and graduated from the Joint M.B.A./LL.B. Program at Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business in 1991.
