Schultz, Stephen

The author is a senior partner in a downtown Boston law firm, who graduated from Yale Law School and Brandeis University. He was lead counsel in the country's second "right to die" case and in the country's first "right of incompetent patients to refuse treatment" case, which was heard by the U.S. Supreme Court. He has been published in both medical and legal journals discussing the topics of "right to die" and "right to refuse treatment."
