Dawn Schlosser, High Priestess of the Oven and Supreme Devotee of the Delectable, was diagnosed with Celiac Disease on her 29th birthday. Since then she's tasted a lot of things she's wished she hadn't, dirtied uncountable dishes out of pure, ravenous desperation, and ultimately fed her family far too many cookies. But they were really good cookies.
