Scherz, Frances H.

Frances H. Scherz received her B.A. from the University of Michigan and her M.S.S.W. from the Columbia University School of Social Work. She has directed seminars, workshops, and institutes for, among others, the Child Welfare League of America, Chapters of the National Association of Social Work and the Family Service Association of America, as well as for social work schools throughout the United States.
