Marcia J. Scherer, PHD, MPH, CRC is the President and Director of The Institute for Matching Person and Technology, NY; Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, University of Rochester, and part-time Professor of Pediatrics at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. Dr. Scherer has authored, co-authored or edited seven books, including "Assistive Technology, Connecting to Learn, Living In a State of Stuck, 4th Edition."
