Sawers, Larry

Larry Sawers received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and is Professor of Economics at American University in Washington, DC, USA. He has been offering courses in development economics to graduate and undergraduate students at the university since the early 1980s.
