Savard, Jeannine

Jeannine Savard was born in Glens Falls, New York. An associate professor of English at Arizona State University, she teaches in the MFA program and serves as Director of the Concentration in Creative Writing for English Majors. Among here collections of poetry are Trumpeter (Carnegie Mellon, 1993) and My Hand Upon Your Name (Red Hen Press, 2005). Snow Water Cove, her first collection, was selected by Dave Smith for the University of Utah Press Poetry Series in 1988
