Satell, Stephen C.

Stephen Satell is an award winning writer of No Gang War in 74 and Frances Ellen Watkins Harper. Satell was introduced to the black community when he left home at fourteen and hitchhiked across the country to Texas. It was there he fell in love with black culture. Mr. Satell worked as head academic tutor for John Calipari's university of Massachusetts basketball team in the early ninties. Satell has run the Bridging Worlds Program for over twenty years and is currently working on a doctorite in African American Studies at Temple University.
