Sarr, Frank W.

Sarr is Owner/President of Training Implementation Services. He had an 18 year association with Connecticut General/CIGNA, where he served as vice president of all field training. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Arts degree in Teaching from Oberlin College.
