Saracin, Y. P. Philip D.

Phil Saracin was born in 1953 and lives in South Carolina with his wife Valerie and their two English Cocker Spaniels-Jeeves and Wooster and their cat-Claudius. 'Y.Pestis' is the author's sixth fact-based novel and the third to reprise the roles of Sean McVean and Raschid Nurideen as agents of good and evil.
