Santora, James

Jim Santora graduated cum laude from Brooklyn College in 1973 with a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing Poetry. He studied there for two years under Mark Strand, US Poet Laureate (1990-91). This book is Jim's first official publication. In between, he worked for almost thirty years as a technical and management consultant to the New York Times, for which he was responsible for developing the Classified Ad System. The combination of computer programming and poetry is unusual, but the creativeness involved in each is the tie that binds.
