Jon Kieffer Jon Kieffer (MEF-CECP 2.0) is a principle technical writer working for Fujitsu Network Communications since 2001. In a previous academic career spanning 9 years, Jon taught software engineering at the University of Hull, U.K., and mechanical engineering at the Australian National University.
