A. L. Watkines is a native of St. George Bermuda. He was the tenth child out of twenty-one. A. L. Watkines currently resides in Detroit, Michigan. He graduated from high school at 16 and has a Masters' Degree in Clinical Therapy. A. L. Watkines began writing at an early age. Not only was writing a way to express himself when people would not listen to him but a way to express himself when he was hurt and in pain.
