Samuels, Laurence

Matt Merdian and Laurence Samuels have been investing in real estate together since 2003. Laurence was born and raised in the UK. He moved to the US to attend college and graduated with a communications degree. As well as investing and consulting in real estate, Laurence runs a marketing company, BroadstoneMedia.com, and authors books. Matt owns Wholesale Premium Properties located in Orlando, Florida and currently manages the acquisition and liquidation department of Magnolia Advisors in Maitland Florida.
