Salih, M. a. Mohamed

Aida Opoku-Mensah is a team leader for the UN Economic Commission for Africa's Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) for Development Program, based in Ethiopia. M. A. Mohamed Salih is a professor of development at the Institute of Social Studies-The Hague and a professor of social science at the University of Leiden in the Netherlands. They are coeditors of "Africa Networking: Development Information, ICTs and Governance."
