"Joyce C. Sadka" is professor of economics at the Centro de Investigación Económica at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de Mexico. Joyce obtained her Ph.D. in economics from Rice University in 1998, and her J.D. in 2001 from George Mason University, where she was a Levy Fellow.
