DAVID SACHS is Assistant Dean of the School of Computer Science and Information Systems at Pace University in White Plains, New York.

HENRY (PETE) STAIR, formerly of IBM, is a computer communications consultant in New Canaan, Connecticut, actively involved in conducting training on TCP/IP and the Internet.

SACHS and STAIR are the authors of "Hands-On Netscape, Hands-On Internet, Hands-On Mosaic," and "Instant Internet with WebSurfer." They conduct workshops about the World Wide Web for Mecklermedia throughout the world.
