Carol Culver Rzadkiewicz is a native of Fairburn, Georgia, a small town southwest of Atlanta, but now resides in Lafayette, Louisiana, with her husband, Chet, who is a history professor at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and their three animal companions.
