Pamela Waiolena has made the island of Hawaii her home since 1972. Most of her working life has been spent as a teacher of many different subjects. She has taught in four countries, The U.S., Canada, Mexico and Thailand. Her oldest student, thus far, was 99 years old, and her youngest was 3. She has taught in public school classrooms, private school classrooms, a hospital, hotels, bookstores, gyms, private community agencies and private homes. She is the mother of three adult sons and most recently has become a grandmother, or Tutu as she prefers to be called. She resides in Waimea, Hawaii on
