Edward Rubin is University Professor of Law and Political Science at Vanderbilt University. After clerking on the US Court of Appeals for Judge Jon Newman, he practiced entertainment law in New York City. He then taught law at the University of California, Berkeley, the University of Pennsylvania and Vanderbilt, where he served as Dean from 2005 to 2009.
