Roy, Anuradha

Dr Anuradha Roy has taught at different universities of West Bengal and in 2007, joined Jadavpur University as Professor of History. Her works focus on the intellectual and cultural history of Bengal. She specializes in the life of the Bengali bhadralok (middle-class literati) and the bhadramahila (the women of the bhadralok family).
