Jay Rosenthal has been a scientist, observer and analyst of Nature, and a professional meteorologist all his working life. He has designated much of it to understanding how weather happens, the causes and effects, and how it impacts our lives. Jay has never quite lost his childlike sense of humor so please excuse him when he laughs at things that most other people at 75 don't laugh at.
