Theresa Rogers has extensively researched and experimented with natural food and nutrition for 20 years. Since the birth of her son, she has used her knowledge of healthy eating to work with several chronic conditions. Theresa has a B.A. in Philosophy from U.C. Berkeley and a teaching credential in English. Several of her cookbook reviews, and some fiction, have been published in newspapers and an anthology. She lives in Northern California with her family, where she writes and helps manages a restaurant with her husband.
