ROSCOE R. "IKE" ROBINSON earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and a medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. He served his internship and residency at Duke University Medical Center, and was also a research fellow at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York.
