Janice Robbins, Ph.D., is an adjunct professor in gifted education at the College of William and Mary and Rutgers University. She was formerly Curriculum Chief for the Department of Defense Schools worldwide as well as a district gifted program coordinator, principal, and resource teacher in Fairfax, VA.
