Brian Risman is an Honours LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) graduate from the University of London and obtained his LL.M. (Master of Laws) from the same institution. Brian is also the Publisher and Founder of The Law Journal UK http: //www.thelawjournal.co.uk . He has briefed the House of Lords with recommendations on the proposed rules for the new United Kingdom Supreme Court.
