Marti Rideout is a church musician who has been active on the Board of the Leadership Program for Musicians since its inception in 1991 serving as the Consultant-Coordinator, coordinator and teacher for the northern VA. and VT LPM courses, national conference leader, and as a course writer for the syllabus Resources for Effective Music Ministry.
