Steve Riczo has been a regular contributing author to USA Today magazine on healthcare issues for 20 years and an excerpt from this new book appeared in the July, 2014 issue of the magazine. Mr. Riczo holds a Bachelor's Degree from Hiram College and Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Xavier University.
