Richter, Sara Jane

Sara Jane Richter, PhD, has lived in the Oklahoma Panhandle and taught at Oklahoma Panhandle State University since 1985. Realizing that the Panhandle had a bad reputation in what Panhandlers call "downstate Oklahoma," she has sought to rectify that situation with this publication.
