Richmond, Yale

Yale Richmond is a retired Foreign Service Officer who served in Germany, Laos, Poland, Austria, and the Soviet Union. At retirement, he was Deputy Assistant Director (Europe) of the U.S. Information Agency. He is the author of numerous books on cross-cultural communications, including From Nyet to Da: Understanding the Russians.
