Richardson, Jo

Jo Richardson is a formally trained Home Economist, mother of two and a consultant specialising in recipe creation and food styling. She writes regularly for Family Circle, Better Homes & Gardens and Good Taste magazine, What's Cooking and prepares food for several corporate test kitchens. Jo is the Ambassador to Kitchen Aid (Australia & NZ) and she regularly presents on television as well as live, at various 'life style' shows and events.
