Dr. Richardson currently serves as the coordinator for the graduate level University of Houston project management certificate program. Over his more than thirty-year professional career, Dr. Richardson has worked for Texas Instruments, the Defense Communications Agency, Department of Labor, the U.S. Air Force, and Texaco and Service Corporation International.
