Fredrick Douglas Richardson, Jr. Was born 5th of twelve children in a remote rural obscured community called Nymph, AL.; the proud parents of Fred and Helen Richardson. He was the first boy. He was not allowed to attend the local high school and instead was bused to a training school established for African Americans. Richardson over came every obstacle intended to eclipse his success and rose up to become the third highest ranking official in the regional city of Mobile, Al.
