Richards, Olivia

Olivia Richards (1988-) was born in Mount Sterling, Kentucky. Raised by a single mother, she has an older sister. She graduated from American High School, by home school correspondence. During her last year of high school she wrote 'Chao! Haven' in six months and six months later it was published. She attends Morehead State University where she studies journalism. At age 20, she was already working as main reporter for two Kentucky newspapers. Richards, also received awards for best poem and poet of the year in 2008.
