Stacey Rice was born in NYC and raised in the Bronx. She moved to NC for several years before joining the Air Force. Retiring after 24 yrs of service she currently resides in the Middle Georgia area, with her dog Xena. Stacey is a romantic at heart and her passion for Love & Romance is evident in her writing.
