The author is a 74 year old senior and retired school teacher. She graduated from Dardanelle High School and Arkansas Tech University with a Masters Degree in Elementary Education. She taught school for 30 years. Also, she is the author of "The Rainbow Crane," a book of memoirs. She is a romantic at heart and a somewhat adventurous person.
