Matthew Baxter-Reynolds is a software development consultant, working with companies to improve their products and capability as software developers. Between 2000 and 2003, he wrote a considerable amount of content on Windows .NET and Windows DNA technologies for Wrox Press, including a bestselling book, Beginning E-commerce.

He also acts a as chief technical officer to Simplehosted, a leading provider of mobile workforce management solutions in the UK. Their solutions are based on Windows Mobile.
