GILBERT REYES is Associate Dean for Clinical Training at Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara. He has been called to assist people trying to recover mental health after disasters, including the September 11, 2001, attack on the World Trade Center, the bombing of the U.S. Embassy in Nairobi, and numerous hurricane and disaster sites.
