Timothy "Tim" Reeves is the fifth of six children born to the late Reverend Rowland W. Reeves Sr. and Florence Metze Reeves of Irmo, South Carolina. Described by his siblings as "quiet, but deep," Tim was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease five years ago at age forty-eight. Stunned and surprised by his diagnosis, Tim has since resolved to be an active participant in his life's journey. He plays golf and exercises regularly, while also purchasing and renovating houses. He continues to be a Bible study teacher at St. Paul AME Church in Irmo, where he has also taught Sunday school for many years....
