Leslie Pogue is the creator of Soft Skills Direct and hosted No Psycho Babble, an internet radio show on VoiceAmerica Variety Channel. She specializes in creating client-specific workshops and keynote speeches that motivate and improve self esteem through positive self talk, self care, and self motivation. Leslie earned a BA in Organizational Psychology, and is a member of Toastmasters and the Chamber of Commerce. Prior to creating Soft Skills Direct, she worked with fortune 100 companies like Washington Mutual and Countrywide Financial. As a Motivational Speaker and Trainer she has spoken to
