Reed, Ken

Ken Reed is a lifelong member of the Mennonite/Amish community, graduate of Mennonite schools, editor at the Mennonite Publishing House, free-lance writer.

He writes historical novels rooted in this community -

Mennonite Soldier, Herald Press, 1975 (sold 8,000+ copies) told the World War I story;

He Flew Too High, WinePress, 2009 (about 1,000 copies sold) told the 1955 church split story.
