James M. Redwine was born in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. He is a graduate of Pawhuska High School, Indiana University, I.U. School of Law and the Indiana Judges College. He has served as a Posey County, Indiana judge since 1981. He writes a regular weekly column, "Gavel Gamut," for four area newspapers. Jim is also a member of the faculty of the National Judicial College for whom he has taught hundreds of judges from Palestine, Ukraine, Russia, Jordan, Bahrain and America.
