Redd, Blair

Blair Redd was born in Ogden, Utah. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Weber State University in English with a minor in Health. He and his beautiful wife, Roseann, have three children-Grace, Chris, and Charley. Tortured Blues is his first novel.
