Supryia M. Ray (J.D. Harvard Law School) is an attorney in Seattle, where she works at the U.S. Court of Appeals. While studying for her B.A. at the University of Miami, she assisted Ross Murfin in the research and preparation of more than a dozen volumes in the Case Studies in Contemporary Criticism series. She graduated summa cum laude in 1995, achieving recognition as the outstanding student in French, political science, the honors program, and the College of Arts and Sciences at the University.
