Rauen, Peter J.

Peter J. Rauen, certified executive chef through the American Culinary Federation, has worked in restaurants, hotels, and private clubs since 1975. Chef Rauen's board positions include The Chef and the Child Foundation, the Culinarians of Colorado, the Colorado Restaurant Association, and the Denver Children's Home. He is currently with Alliant Foodservice.
