Adam Smith is a writer from Stanley, Kentucky. Smith graduated from Apollo High School in 1996 and the University of Louisville in 2000, where he majored in Political Science. After college, Smith lived in Palm Springs, California, and worked on oilfield supply boats in the Gulf of Mexico before moving back home to run for the U.S. House of Representatives in Kentucky's 2nd Congressional District.
